Boris Maxowitsch Gurevitsch was the gold medalist in the Greco-Roman Flyweight Division (114.5 lbs/52 kg) at the 1952 Helsinki Olympic Games.

Gurevitsch was also Flyweight gold medal champion at the World Championships in 1953 and 1958.
